Ready to let your imagination run wild? Join journal-obsessed Librarian, Kelley for this very fun and creative class. Mixed media artist Judith Cassel-Mamet has recorded 6 sessions on Library App, Hoopla. We'll watch each episode for the first part of the class and then work on our journals together the rest of the time. You'll create your own personalized art journal to record everyday and extraordinary experiences. Discover easy techniques and simple, portable tools that will help you activate your pages, turning them into inspiring platforms for creative expression using color, design, found objects, text and more.

This class is 6 weeks and runs until Tuesday, April 25th. When you register, you're registering for all 6 classes.

Some supplies provided (markers, pencils, washi tape, glue sticks) but please bring a plain, blank spiral-bound notebook or sketchpad (any size).

Other optional supplies:

  • small watercolor set with brushes and container for water
  • small spray bottle with water
  • stencils
  • stickers
