Computer animation summer camp for kids (ages 7-15) - no experience necessary!

Join Prof. Chris Wilmer, who teaches scientific visualization at the University of Pittsburgh and is a Fox Chapel area resident, for this fun, week-long half-day summer camp, from 9am - noon, June 27th through July 1st. Students will learn the basics of using Blender to model basic 3d shapes, animate them in fun ways, and use physics to make movies of collapsing domino towers.

Computers will be provided for students to use, but you are also welcome to bring your own Windows/Mac/Linux laptop if you want, as long as Blender is installed before the start of class (version, 3.0). Please note that iPads and/or Chromebooks will NOT work for this class. For additional information please contact Chris at c.wilmer@gmail.com
