Winter Blues: Paintings by Sheila Hawthorne Klotz

Sheila Hawthorne Klotz has been passionate about art since her school days and made it more than a hobby about a decade ago. She works in several media, mainly watercolor, acrylics, collage, and Gyotaku. Her style is mostly impressionistic, and her subjects vary from flora to fauna. She likes bright colors and hopes that her pieces exude happiness and contentment.

She's been fortunate to have pieces exhibited in several local galleries, libraries, restaurants, and professional offices. Her love of creating art has also expanded to teaching classes at community centers and libraries.

Sheila's studio, Blue Hues Art Studio, is located in Gibsonia.

Winter Blues: Paintings by Sheila Hawthorne Klotz will be on view daily through 1/31 and feature various items for sale, including calendars, prints, and cards. 25% of each sale benefits the library.
