Program Description

Event Details

If you can dream it, you can make it at Maker Monday every Monday at 4:30pm! This program for grades K-5 rotates content with some weeks being more arts focused and other weeks being more science focused. Check each week's program description to learn more about the activity.

How are arctic animals different? What adaptations make it possible for them to live in the extreme cold? We will learn about arctic animals and choose one favorite to study more closely by drawing it.

January Activities:

  • 1/5: Pom-pom Monsters
  • 1/12: Edison Robots
  • 1/19: Arctic Animal Adaptation Drawings
  • 1/26: 3D Beaded Snowflakes

This staff-led program is FREE - donations appreciated.

Library parking is limited. If the library lot is full, we recommend parking at the 13th Street municipal lot. We're also conveniently located on the 91 and 1 bus routes.
