Event Details
Join Jackie from Life In Motion Gym for this 4-week class suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience necessary. A mix between chair and standing poses to focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications will be provided throughout the class so you can tailor your practice to fit you. $10 for the whole series. Please register.
Note: No class on 4/15.
Jackie is a physical therapist with a specialty in neurologic conditions, and co-owner of Life in Motion Gym. She is also a yoga instructor, and has completed her medical therapeutic yoga training over 7 years ago with extra certifications in Accessible Yoga, PainCare Yoga, and LoveYourBrain. She is used to modifying poses for her clients and meets them where they are at, either in the chair or on the mat!
