Join us for a playful storytime in both Spanish and English with interactive books, rhymes, and songs.

In December we will be reading a selection of Children's Books and discussing the choices for 2025.

Dogs are the best listeners! Mishka is a certified therapy dog, who is looking forward to hearing some great tales. Mishka and her person, Ms.

Join us for Teen After Hours every third Friday from 6:30-8:30pm! We'll have pizza and snacks and play video games, sing karaoke, play hide and seek in the library with the lights off, and much more! So come have a chill time with us.

Join parents and other families for this informal PALS meet-up, which meets monthly on the 2nd Saturday.

Join us for our annual Gingerbread House making! We'll use graham crackers, icing, and candy - everything you need to create a sweet house! Stop by the library anytime from 10:30-noon. The activity generally takes 20-30 minutes to complete.

Leave the holiday baking to us! Stop by to get your holiday cookies and support the library! $10/dozen. Stick around for some hot cocoa too! Have kids 5-11? They can build a mini-gingerbread house while you shop for cookies!

Join us for a special book club designed for kids entering grades 3-5! Reading books is even more fun when we can talk about the stories with friends. 

How does it work?

Join us for Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol live, performed by candlelight by an actor in period costume! This event is best for adults and kiddos 10-and-up. 

This volunteer-led program is FREE - donations appreciated.

Join certified person trainer, Tom Capriotti for a 1-hour somatics session.

Young scientists are invited to wonder, discover and experiment with Ms. Alison in this STEM filled program for grades 1-5. Sessions meet monthly on the 3rd Monday.

All supplies provided.

Art is for everyone! Art After Dark is our monthly adult art workshop series with Alison -- all skill levels welcome! We aim to create a space where adults feel safe to play, try, fail and succeed.

Our youngest friends are invited to imagine and create with Ms. Alison at this weekly arts-integration storytime for PreK children and their caregivers. Each session will include stories and a hands-on developmentally appropriate art activity.

Are you looking for a fun and casual way to practice your French? We are launching a new French Conversation Group!

This month we're reading the gaslamp mystery A Grave Robbery by Deanna Raybourne, one of the Veronica Speedwell books.

Everyone is welcome to join this monthly meeting of the Fox Chapel Democratic Committee.

Bring a craft you're working on or start a new project with Alison in this relaxed social program for senior adults. Crafts, conversation, and even a few laughs!

Program meets biweekly on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday. Supplies provided.

Join certified art instructor Ms. Alison for a multi-media art studio with a nurturing environment where ALL are encouraged to find the joy in creating art! For grades K-5. 

All supplies provided.

Children 2 and under and their caregivers are invited to join Ms. Megan every week for a wiggly, giggly program featuring fingerplays, bounces, tickles, and shakers.

This event is for a 1-on-1 Digitize It Yourself (D.I.Y.) Lab appointment. During the appointment, you can transfer and store your analog memorabilia, such as photos, slides, audio and video cassettes, into a digital format for safekeeping.

Explore the Chinese language through bilingual songs, books, and playful experiences with native speakers Ms. JJ and Ms. CC! This monthly program is designed for kids in grades preschool - 2nd grade and their caregivers.
