Sharpsburg: Teen Time

Hang out, make friends, and express yourself with Ms. Kiki! Each week there will be different activities to try - from STEM to art to writing!

Our friend Mx. Bailey (LPC) will discuss the origins and history of Mandalas from Buddhist origins to psychological interpretations, as well as hoop symbolism throughout cultures and philosophy. We’ll meditate together and move through a full circle mindful movement practice and a dance combo. We’ll end the session by creating a Mandala, an artistic representation of our mind after the movement.
