Did you know that spending time with a pet can alleviate anxiety and depression and lower our cholesterol and blood pressure? Spend some time snuggling and chatting with Mishka, a certified therapy dog. She and her person Ms. Alejandra will be at the library monthly this summer to offer a special time slot for senior adults to visit and share canine cuddles!
