Event Details
Join Librarian, Kelley for a guided meditation using the Insight Timer app. We'll be practicing breathing and mindfulness. Mindful meditation is not associated with any religion or spiritual practice. No experience necessary! We'll be meditating on the main floor of the library in the back near the computers. This program occurs after the library closes so please arrive 10 minutes early before the doors are locked.
