In the glittering Golden Age of Hollywood, no star shone more brightly than Marilyn Monroe. But beneath the smoke and mirrors of her legendary persona, lay a much different reality. Join President of Pittsburgh Classic Movie Club and film historian, Wendy Whittick as she breaks through the myths that still exist today and unveils the real Marilyn Monroe.

Wendy Whittick strives to promote classic film in the Pittsburgh area. Besides her work with the Classic Movie Club, she produces and stars in an award-nominated television show called Wendy's Classic Corner, and hosts a fun and insightful film review podcast, Silver Screen Time Machine. She also provides educational outreach presentations for libraries and the Carnegie Mellon Osher series.
