Program Description
Event Details
Meet the feelings inside your head on our one-day Inside Out Adventure!
We'll paint rocks as our favorite emotion characters or design original emotions to share with the community.
Then we'll make stress balls to help us deal with any big or dark feelings we have.
We'll finish our adventure with a snack.
Mind explorers must have completed kindergarten to participate in this adventure.
