Enjoy our beautiful garden while breathing deeply for a 4-week morning yoga class. Lead by Jennifer Fish from Life in Motion Gym, this session is suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience needed. A mix between chair and standing poses to focus on strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications will be provided throughout the class so you can tailor your practice to fit you. $10 for all 4 weeks.
