Amelia Daffodilya Closing Reception

Join us for the closing reception of Amelia Daffodilya's Rainbow Neon Sparkle Show during the August First Friday. Amelia will be onsite to discuss their art and process. A portion of art sales (25% per piece sold) directly benefit the library.

Amelia Daffodilya is a young painter and marker artist from Wheeling, WV. They developed their style when they were 16, and stepped into what their art is today upon turning 19. They would often draw while watching cartoons like Yu Yu Hakusho and Adventure Time, and resemblances with the vibrancy in their art can be seen. They also have many Indigenous symbols in their pieces to honor their Kanienkehá:ka Ohkwá:ri, Akhsótha ( Mohawk, Bear, Grandma).
