Sharpsburg: Mindset Magic

In each monthly Mindset Magic session, Bailey Zembower Borrow, LPC, ACMHC, CCTP, ERYT uses their background in trauma therapy, movement education, and art to provide a safe and guided place for teens to become mindful of their emotions, find empowerment through creative expression and open discussion, and become better equipped to express themselves in healthy ways while learning about topics related to mental wellness in an affirming and fun setting.
