Program Description

Event Details

Learn holistic techniques to support you in calming your nervous system, relaxing your mind, and feeling more comfortable in your body. This experiential and guided class offers you the opportunity to practice centering and grounding exercises, clearing the mind of stressful thoughts, working with breath and acupoints (tapping) to calm and attune the nervous system, and engaging in gentle, subtle movements to enhance feelings of wellbeing. Come prepared to relax and enjoy yourself in this experiential ‘feel good’ class!

Facilitated by Renee Jennings, MA MSW LCSW, integrative therapist, trainer, and co-owner of Manifest Psychotherapy and Wellness in Pittsburgh, PA.
