Cheese Tasting with Chantal's

Join Anaïs Saint-André Loughran, co-owner of Chantal's Cheese Shop for a cheese tasting! Starting with a broad introduction to cheese, Anais will dive into the specifics of 3 different cheeses, discussing their histories and what makes them unique (and delicious!) She'll pair the cheeses with Dalmatia fig spread and some slices of fresh baguette from La Gourmandine.

The 3 cheeses she'll profile are: 

• Chevre Goat Rodeo Farm and Dairy, Young fresh pasteurized goat's milk cheese from Allison Park, PA. 
• Fromager d'Affinois, Fromagerie Guilloteau. Double cream brie made with pasteurized cow's milk from France
• Prairie Breeze Milton Creamery . Cheddar from Iowa. pasteurized cow's milk.

Anais is originally from Lyon, France, but has lived in California, New York City, and now Pittsburgh where she's finally found her home. She loves cheese! She loves eating cheese and learning about cheese!
