Ready to let your imagination run wild and get your thoughts and feelings on paper? Join journal-obsessed Librarian, Kelley for this fun, creative and class that combines art, expression and mindfulness. With a little inspiration from some art journaling classes on CreativeBug: a free unlimited access to thousands of online art and craft classes with your library card! We'll work with classes by artists like Lisa Congdon and Pam Garrison, some inspiring and energizing books about creative journaling and from prompts to get your hands, heart, brain and spirit activated!

This class is 5 weeks and runs through July 12th (no class on Friday 6/28). Interested in registering? Please go to the first event in the series here

Some supplies provided (markers, pencils, washi tape, glue tape) but please bring a plain, blank spiral-bound notebook or sketchpad (any size).

Other optional supplies:

  • small watercolor set with brushes and container for water
  • small spray bottle with water
  • stencils
  • stickers
  • double-stick tape
  • chalk or oil pastels
