Located on the left side of the building, the porch looks out onto our Fritz Mitnick Welcome Garden. Available at a corporate/private rate of $80/hour and a nonprofit rate of $40/hour. If you are requesting an after-hours reservation, the hourly rates are doubled.

This room has a large rectangular table and can seat up to 4 people.

This room is available to individuals or groups. McLaughlin has a large beautiful rectangular table. This room can accomodate 8 people.

Located on our lower level, this large carpeted room is perfect for parties, banquets and meetings of up to 80 people seated (as permitted under Fire-Code regulations) and 100 people standing. There's ample space for various setups. It has an attached kitchen available for use with prior approval (included in rental fee). Available at a corporate/private rate of $80/hour and a nonprofit rate of $40/hour. If you are requesting an after-hours reservation, the hourly rates are doubled.

This room is located on the upper level of the library. It is furnished with three small, square tables, 6 wooden chairs, a sofa, 2 upholstered chairs and a coffee table in front of a gas­ log fireplace. Available at a corporate/private rate of $60/hour and a nonprofit rate of $30/hour.

This room at the Sharpsburg Community Library is available for rent to individuals or groups. The floor is carpeted and food and beverages are permitted. Available at a corporate/private rate of $60/hour and a nonprofit rate of $30/hour. If you are requesting an after-hours reservation, the hourly rates are doubled.

This outdoor space, at the Sharpsburg Community Library, may be used for meetings, parties, community event. The space is brick covered and features two trees that provide shade from spring to early autumn. Available at a corporate/private rate of $60/hour and a nonprofit rate of $30/hour. If you are requesting an after-hours reservation, the hourly rates are doubled.
