Located on our lower level, this large carpeted room is perfect for parties, banquets and meetings of up to 80 people seated (as permitted under Fire-Code regulations) and 100 people standing. There's ample space for various setups. It has an attached kitchen available for use with prior approval (included in rental fee). Available at a corporate/private rate of $80/hour and a nonprofit rate of $40/hour. If you are requesting an after-hours reservation, the hourly rates are doubled.

Equipment
This room comes with a ceiling-mounted projector (with remote) and large mounted screen, a PC laptop, hand-held microphone, lavalier microphone and a surround-sound AV system.
Seating
There are 12 folding movable tables (each 6'L X 3'W X 29"H) and 100 chairs that can be set up in numerous arrangements.
