This space is available to individuals or groups. Located on the left side of the building, the porch looks out onto our Fritz Mitnick Welcome Garden. Available at a corporate/private rate of $80/hour and a nonprofit rate of $40/hour. If you are requesting an after-hours reservation, the hourly rates are doubled.
Equipment
Portable JBL speakers can be used outside in this space.
Seating
The porch has 6 rocking chairs (in warm weather) and there are several chairs/benches in the garden.
